Boston Winter

Well, I've been enjoying the unusually warm weather we've had these past weeks.  However, this is New England, so I'm just waiting for those first snowflakes to fall.  Here's a scene of the Boston Statehouse from a snowy path through the Commons.  I loved the tree shadows falling across the snow.... puts me in a christmas mood :)
Happy Christmas everyone and thank you for following my blog!

Framers Edge Gallery

Make time to go see some of my paintings at the  Framers Edge Gallery, 210 Quincy Avenue, Braintree, MA.  Sue and Annette have lots of wonderful paintings on display be local artists... perfect for that special gift you might be looking for!

"Juicy"

Been thinking of making my apple pie for Thanksgiving and this painting that I did a year ago, popped into my head...... love the juiciness of the apples.... YUM!

Happy Thanksgiving to you all!

Still on a learning curve...

Since I'm still new at this blogging, I failed to realize that you have to become a "Follower" to comment on my blogs (and I'm hoping you will).  Look in the Right Hand Column for Followers... I just moved it up to the top of the column so you can all find it... looking forward to hearing from you.

Check out my Illustration Blog...

I welcome any comments you might have and invite you to join and I look forward to interacting with my friends and followers.  Thanks... now it's back to the drawing board :)))

In the Moment

We had wonderful weather last May while driving from Antwerp to Amsterdam, but I was able to sketch this moment when the spring showers blew in... finally got around to painting it.
