I haven't been painting too much since the holidays as I decided to focus on some illustrations for a book idea I've been noodling around in my brain for a while. It's rather fun to delve into something different for a change of pace. There'll be more on that project coming soon on my
illustration blog

I'm still busy entering paintings in upcoming shows and am very happy to be accepted in the following shows this winter.
"Ancestral Path" has been accepted in the Duxbury Art Association's Juried Winter Show at the Art Complex Museum.
The
New England Watercolor Society is holding it's 2015 Members Show and Sale at the The Guild of Boston Artists this year.
It's a wonderful gallery right in downtown Boston at 162 Newbury Street. Reception & Awards on Saturday, January 31st 2-4pm. I thought my painting entitled "Magic Hour"would be good choice to exhibit as Acorn Street is one of the most famous streets in Boston.

I'm excited that my watercolor "A Walk with Guadi", which is one of my favorites, was chosen to be part of the "Journeys" show at the South Shore Art Center, Cohasset. January 9 - February 8. The Juror was Zola Solamente, Director of the Arden Gallery Boston, and it's a fabulous show!
"Juicy" is in the Russell Gallery at the Plymouth Guild in Plymouth where there at many wonderful paintings to look at.
